The psalm of life story and the tide rises story applies fairness and justice values lets talk about The psalm of life, but first of all let's talk about what is justice , is the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness: to uphold the justice of a cause. rightfulness or lawfulness, as of a claim or title; justness of ground or reason: to complain with justice, and Fairness is the quality of making judgments that are free from discrimination. judges, umpires, and teachers should all strive to practice fairness. Justice is the quality of the law that we think of as “fairness.” Justice makes sure that the law is fair in the sense that it will apply the same, and in the same way, to everybody. Justice also makes the law fair in the sense that the benefits, protections, or consequences of the law are important to a person’s life, justice assures that penalties for murder will be punished maybe even including the death punish, but that the law won’t impose the death penalty for other things.
But also the most important aspect of justice is the  fair  under the law.
The tide rises, the tide falls is a poem that talks a lot about death, the title also shows the public what is the theme of the story ,this poem has  3 stanzas in which in every stanza it shows a different point to see the death with different perspectives, so let's talk about what death is  the cessation of all biological functions that sustain a living organism which commonly bring about death include aging, predation, malnutrition, disease, suicide, homicide, starvation, dehydration, and accidents or major trauma resulting in terminal injury.so that is ,in every stanza of the poem they say how the traveler is accepting what is happening and in the third they say that death is part of our life cycle and that there's nothing we can do to stop that or to fly that step in our life, but also i think that we don't need to focus on death or what would happen to us in the future ,we just need to enjoy our life.
